一年瘦掉40公斤 麻糬老闆娘公開減重祕方

高雄阿綿麻糬老闆娘唐翊甄,過去曾因車禍從70公斤胖到90公斤,不但遭受歧視,還差點
失去健康。2008年她立志減肥,只花一年多時間,瘦下40公斤,將近是半個自己的重量,
這次她不藏私公開祕方,希望大家能瘦得健康。
磨米機運轉聲轟隆隆,老闆娘唐翊甄搬起10幾公斤的米漿袋,準備重壓瀝乾水分,送進蒸
籠炊煮成麻糬,她告訴我:「這個重量太瘦的人拿不動,太胖也很難拿,會很喘!」看她
現在身材勻稱,很難想像她曾胖到90公斤。唐翊甄說,自己從小就是胖妹,「媽媽養得好
啦!」但17年前一場車禍,她臥床療養半年,從70公斤胖到90公斤,體重站上人生巔峰。
「胖子還是愛美啊,我出院第一件事就是跑去買衣服。」
後來她開始販售大尺碼服飾,全盛時期3年開了5間店,年營收可到千萬元。但因前男友背
叛奪店,她用阿嬤傳承的手工麻糬,開創事業第二春。唐翊甄回憶,當時擺路邊攤的她,
體重80幾公斤,常遭受異樣眼光,「他們的眼神就是瞧不起你,想說怎麼一個胖子在那邊
捏麻糬,如果是美女也就算了。」加上某天睡覺,她突然呼吸不順,差點喘不過氣,為了
身體著想,她立志減肥,只花1年2個月,就瘦了40公斤,將近是半個自己的重量。
身材快速消風,唐翊甄透露,她完全沒靠藥物或減肥食品,甚至沒運動,主要是針灸加上
飲食控制。
當時她一週三次全身針灸,嚴格遵守針灸師要求的餐飲限制,這次她不藏私大公開,提供
讀者參考。
不能吃:甜品、炸物、澱粉類。
只能吃:空心菜、小白菜、芥藍菜、青江菜、豆芽菜、地瓜葉、大陸妹、魚湯、烤魚、雞
肉、牛肉、豬肉、羊肉、荷包蛋、水煮蛋、煎蛋、蔥花蛋。
能吃的水果:大蕃茄跟葡萄柚。
能喝的飲料:白開水、無糖茶葉茶。
能用的調味料:蔥薑、蒜、辣椒、鹽巴、味精。
不能用的調味料:醬油與醬料類。
能用的油:苦茶油、橄欖油、芥花菜油。
注意事項:以上沒說到的食物全都不能碰,三餐必須吃飽,晚餐在傍晚6點前吃完,需早
睡且有飽足的睡眠,每天喝水2000c.c.~3000c.c.,每天早上和睡前量體重,確實作記錄
。
如何維持:中午前可吃喜歡的餐點,晚上盡量早吃否則少吃,多喝開水,若不小心胖了超
過2公斤,可開始節制飲食,等待降回標準值內,再享用喜歡的食物。
